This highly interactive session is specifically oriented towards IRS employees that audit taxpayers .  The emphasis is on de-escalation and negotiation.  Elements related to time management, delegation as a delegatee and delegator are included since these areas can also lead to frustration and conflict.   Key elements from neuroscience will be incorporated throughout the session.
