In this session Mike initially introduces the concepts of "servant", "leader" and "manager" and then pulls all three of these terms together taking into account the three "C's" of this organization with some additional commentary and two more "C's" for consideration. From there the 50+ managers will break up into teams of 4 or 5 to discuss various topics so that that each manager can bring home the mantra of a "servant manager" with specific actions going forward.
