What Can We Learn from the Lund’s Case?

Monday, October 29, 2018

In this session Michael Gregory and John Heidebrecht will present key elements from the two experts on the Kim A. Lund versus Russell T. Lund III et. al. case decision that was determined on June 2, 2017 in Hennepin County Court, and what the court had to say about their analysis. In this instance two nationally recognized business valuation experts, Roger Grabowski and William Reilly, were engaged for over a three-year period to provide multiple fair value valuations for their clients. The courts found significant concerns by both experts. Some of the most significant concerns will shared in the presentation as well as the actual commentary from the court. This session focuses on what can be learned for you as a business valuer and what else we as experts may want to consider in such circumstances including mediation.
