In order to manage time effectively, first it is necessary to define personal goals (SMART Criteria). After defining goals it is necessary to move from goal setting to accomplishment. Other useful time management techniques are presented and discussed to increase effectiveness.

Questions are asked and discussed to address topics such as, what if you take the time to work your most pressing needs and how can you avoid time wasters? Steps are presented to take action to avoid procrastination. Tips are presented and discussed to make effective decisions by taking appropriate steps. Participants find out how to determine the impacts and evaluate the impacts of alternatives to make better decisions.

One of the key steps for leaders is delegation. Participants learn the key concepts of delegation and the delegation process.
